Standard 3 Year Warranty

Warranty Coverage: Modern Place warrants that its light fixtures (“Product”) are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser.

Who is Covered: This warranty is valid only for the original end-user purchaser and cannot be transferred. Proof of purchase, including the date of purchase, is required to claim under this warranty.

What is Covered: If the Product fails to operate during the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, Modern Place will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product or the defective part thereof, or refund the purchase price. This warranty covers only the hardware components packaged with the Product.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

Improper installation or maintenance.

Misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.

Usage of the Product outside the published environmental specifications for the product.

Modifications or repairs not made by Modern Place or its authorized service providers.

Normal wear and tear.

External causes such as natural disasters.

How to Obtain Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, please contact Modern Place customer service. You may be required to furnish proof of purchase details and comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty services.

Limitation of Liability: Modern Place shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product, even if Modern Place has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Modern Place’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Product covered by the warranty.

Governing Law: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. This warranty shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state in which Modern Place operates.
